The Animate 30 Minute at Home Bodyweight program is designed for beginners to intermediates, those who have limited time (30 Mins) and limited to no equipment. This program includes 7 days of programming that last no longer than 30 Minutes and can be done by literally anyone from basically anywhere. You may be thinking that working out seven days a week is far too demanding! Do not worry. We've included days where the WOD (Workout of the Day) is a simple stretching routine.
